Doubtful: More likely this is a bit of fresh rectal bleeding related to a hemorrhoid or anal fissure that bleeds when she strains to have a bm; or if it appears when she wipes after urinating it could be from a urinary tract infection.
In any case it should be evaluated by a doctor's visit. Advise her in advance what the exam might entail to minimize any emotional trauma. Good luck!
