A number possibilities, cervical ( neck ) disc disease-pinched nerve , shoulder issues, brachial plexus issues (the nerve bundle near the shoulder) autoimmune disease ,multiple sclerosis, vascular ( blood vessel )issues , heart issues like clogged arteries, or even lung masses . Statistically, most often due to pinched nerve at wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome), but could be at elbow (cubital tunnel) or more proximal at shoulder or neck. An EMG study is often used to confirm location, severity, and complexity, and correlate clinical diagnosis.

Is this constant or intermittent? Does it appear at certain times and disappear at other times? In addition to structural issues like inflammation of cervical nerve or peripheral nerve as in carpal tunnel, there may be metabolic issues like electrolytes or vitamin deficiencies. Keep in mind that even with normal vitamin values, you may exhibit symptoms of deficiency. Good advise to see a physician
