Yes : Yes you can still get pregnant. The withdrawl method which you are describing is not an effective way of birth control.

The chance veriy: Very high, and dependent on your cycle. An unreliable means of birth control was called coitus interruptus, when the man withdraws before ejaculation. There are viable and able sperm oozing prior to orgasm and ejaculate. Take bcp's, use condoms, abstain, learn rhythm but all have some risk of pregnancy save for abstinence.
