Boyfriend ejaculated and came on thigh not on vagina and no intercourse. don't think it went in but chance of pregnancy?

No: If the thigh is truly the only place where ejaculated fluid came in contact with you, then pregnancy would be highly improbable. Sperm only survive a short time outside the body (minutes) but within vagina for up to 2 days. Fertilization/pregnancy require sperm to reach cervix/uterus during a female's fertile window.
