I have upset stomach, some diareah, hungry, but nautious, no energy. what do i have?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be food poisoning or a viral gastroenteritis. Both are likely to be self limiting. Make sure you drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. If it does not get better in a day or so it would be prudent to see a doctor.
