Ask your surgeon.: In general, people may return to full activities following appendectomy anywhere between 2-4 weeks after surgery depending on the method (laparoscopic vs. Open). However, there may be specific issues that only your surgeon knows about your operation. I suggest that you give his office a call.

Depends: With laparoscopic surgery, you should be fine to resume your previous activities. Remember you have been off for a month so take a week or two to build back up to your normal routine if you had open surgery, your surgeon should be releasing you back to regular activities anytime now.
