Unlikely: It takes 10-20 years of smoking to developm lung cancer. So it is best to stop smoking now.

Yes, but...: Lung cancer in the "never smoked" population, if looked at as a seperate disease would rank in the top 10 lethal cancers in usa. Yes still at risk after smoking.
