Why worry?: B vitamins are water soluble and if you take too much you can excrete via urine.If you take a multi-vitamin you are good.

VIT B & nails: Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause spoon shaped nails as well as “longitudinal hyperpigmented streaks,3 bluish-black pigment of all nails with transverse longitudinal hyperpigmented streaks & entirely blue nails.” Per https://www.mdedge.com/familymedicine/article/65288/dermatology/what-nutritional-deficiencies-and-toxic-exposures-are Biotin deficiency can cause pale nail color.
