Easy resolution.: If you really can't find it yourself and your partner cannot help you, then schedule an appointment with your doctor. It will be like getting a pap smear. The speculum will show where the tampon is and the doctor just has to grab it with an instrument. Be seen asap to get this taken care of. Good luck!

Please go to the ER: Or see your doc asap, it will be easy for the doctor to remove, I have had to do that for my patients many times in my career, the important thing is to see someone as soon as possible because if it is still in there it needs to come out before you get an infection.
