I took a topcare offbrand hpt this morning &at first it was negative but then it turned positive it's not an evap line but it turned + after 30 minutes ?

Probably negative: If you let a pregnancy test sit, the test portion of the test may start to show a visible line. This is probably the case here. If you are uncertain, do another test, following the guidelines with the kit as to when to read (usually within only a few minutes) the discard it.
