Sleep at night: Most people need eight hours of sleep per night. If you are not giving yourself a chance to get that that's why you are sleepy. Get more sleep. If you are spending eight hours in bed at night but getting poor quality sleep you may have sleep. Apnea, characterized by constantly waking up because of obstruction of the throat. Prominent snoring is typical. A sleep lab is required to diagnose it.
