Cramps?: Have you ever had cramps with your period before? If so is this something different? If it is could you be pregnant? Have you tried 2 aleve (naproxen) or 3-4 Ibuprofen ? Or soaking in a hot tub? If it gets intolerable you should probably seek care especially if there are lots of clots and pregnancy is a possibility.
