A little: You will get some pain when the anesthetic is administered but it is short lived and then the rest of the procedure you are numb.

Minimal: Moles are removed with local anesthesia. The numbing medicine burns a little at first then you should not have any pain with the procedure. My patients general use tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for pain afterwards.
