Why do i always feels like fainting after waking up from sleep? i have to hold on to something to make sure i don't fall and faint.

Blood pressure: Usuaully blood pressure drops while you are asleep or lying down, and can drop if you try to rise quickly. This can cause dizziness and falls when getting out of bed too quick or even getting out of a chair. Falls can be serious, so check your BP and talk to your doc about this problem to see if there is acause. It may be harmless or may be a medical problem or medication side effect.
