Can't really get RID: Of scars, but you can reduce their noticibility. Use a cream called Mederma to reduce the appearance of scars.

Lessen it: There are silastic patches that are used to flatten out scars like biodermis. It can help., but the skin directly over the achilles tendon is prone to forming a keloid scar ( thick and painful.
