Low T, ED or both?: The testicles make testosterone which augments sexual arousal but a normal erection can be achieved even in a male without testicles. If he has ed, it likely caused by something else. Your friend should see a urologist and have his testosterone level checked. Testosterone replacement therapy can be started if it is indicated. He can also be started on an ed specific therapy if appropriate.
