Rarely: Hpv is a known cause of anal, cervical and oral cancers. Most of these can be prevented by vaccination. Watch http://www.Youtube.Com/watch?V=vpaqsn4e528 to learn more.

Maybe: Hpv causes most cervical cancers, at least half of all vaginal, vulvar and anal cancers and is now shown to cause over 75% of all head and neck cancers, plus most non-melanoma type skin cancers. That adds up to 10's of thousands of deaths per year in the us alone and that is a ton of risk. Hpv is a deadly, albeit slow to cause death, virus and vaccination is a huge help.
