Probably: Most people would benefit from more thyroid med with a TSH of 7.10. However, discuss this with your doctor to be sure that there is no reason that you should not increase.

See doctor: Hormones should always be adjusted by your doctor. The optimal TSH is under 4.0, so you are hypothyroid still.
