No: Simethicone is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and hydrated silica gel. Anti-foaming agent that decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles, causing them to combine into larger bubbles in the stomach that can be passed more easily. It isn't actually absorbed so you really don't have a systemic effect, hence your kidneys don't have to interact with it b/c it never enters the bloodstream.
