Well, at 21: It seems u have had periods, is this usual for you? What is the duration of the symptoms? Anyone else sick? Where are u in your cycle. Do you sleep well at night or grind your teeth in your sleep. These are non specific symptoms, maybe worsened with a premanstraul effect but the headache may get better with tylenol (acetaminophen) or aleve but takean antacid. I don't know how it fits in with ur period.
