Wow...: Neither is good. Meth addicts can become psychotic, this may involve hallucinations, break with reality, paranoic & high risk for death and suicide if not treated. Detox or referral to crisis unit is needed. Gang stalking is slang for multiple people harassing following someone. The meth world/dealers and gangs involved in dealing can be quite dangerous. Detox and treatment is a start.
