Lots of things: You should go to see your primary care doctor to get youself checked. Things like dehydration, anemia, chronic disease, high blood glucose/dm, medication related etc- can give you different problems like weakness and dizziness. Go get yourself checked.

Low blood pressure: If you feel dizzy and more so when you are standing this could be from low blood pressure. Low heart rate also is a possibility. Dizziness also could be related to vertigo. I suggest you have a physical examination by your primary doctor.
