Ejection fraction: Ejection fraction refers to that percentage of blood that's pumped out of left ventricle to rest of body w/each pulse or heartbeat. Normal is usually 55-70% (http://my.Clevelandclinic.Org/heart/disorders/heartfailure/ejectionfraction.Aspx). Less is more common systolic heart failure but it's possible to have diastolic heart failure w/"normal" ef. Ask your doc why you were tested? Don't test normal.

That you are in good: Shape. It is describing the fraction of blood ejected with each heart beat, and above 50 is perfectly normal.
