Easy or hard way?: Easy way is surgery - liposuction. Hard way is healthy nutrition & regular exercise. But there is no way to spot reduce fat via exercise, only w/liposuction. With proper eating habits & regular exercise, you'll build muscle & lose fat from all over, not just that area. But w/time, will achieve shape you want. It's more difficult but safer in long run. Otc creams & tv gadgets don't work. Save money.
