I have high progesterone. , what should i do?

I hope you mean TESTOSTERONE because progesterone is a hormone released by the ovary after ovulation and up until menstruation ,as well as a lot during pregnancy, so please check with the doctor who told you that you have high progesterone and if this is true please repeat the blood test to confirm the result. and get second opinion.

Progesterone is present in men but in much smaller amounts than women. Biotin and high doses of pregnenolone supplements will increase progesterone level. Progesterone is rarely checked in males, it needs to be repeated to confirm the value is correct.
