Several possibilitie: Molluscum contagiosum are little bumps, often skin color or pink-white. As the name suggests, they're are contagious. Blocked pores, like whiteheads are also possible. A benign growth called a seborrheic keratosis can look like a wart. It's also possible that they are warts. If they're in an area that is shaved, they can easily spread.
