If headaches changed to constant and i have neck and back pain could i have developed occiputial nerugaila ?

Not necessarily: If you have changing headaches, and now neck and back pain, this progression should be assessed by your doctor. One possibility could be a developing rheumatological condition but maybe early fibromyalgia. Have this checked out and get it all reversed. Unlikely you have occipital neuralgia as the cause.
