Running Form: Perhaps the couch is thinking that that will increase your arch-but that may not be necessary-especially since you run faster & hopefully pain free. Remind the coach you are faster & pain free naturally. The doctor says-don't mess with success! dr george tsatsos anklenfootcenter.
