Gas or not: Don't know details, e.g. How long have you had symptoms, how long do they last, where exactly, man/woman, menstrual cycle, fever, other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, passing gas, stool, blood, urinary complaints. Call your doc with the info; got bleeding, pregnant, fever, consider er asap.
