Difficult question: One possibility is that your blood sugar gets low after a meal (hypoglycemia). This can cause shakiness, sweating or feelings of worry which can feel like anxiety. Alternatively, some people have stronger endocrine/hormonal responses to a meal and can have similar symptoms. Your doctor may be able to do some blood tests and suggest dietary modifications to help with your symptoms.
