Get tested : Yellow discharge needs to be evaluated. The most common cause is a nonsexually transmitted overgrowth of bacteria called bacterial vaginosis. Testing for other sexually transmitted disease may need to be done as well. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Yellow mucus: I doubt that this is a sign of pregnancy. This sounds like an infection. Make sure there is no tampon misplaced. You should get a check up if this continues.
