On becotide for wheezing when i run. i take 4 puffs in the morn + evening. when i go to gym and run or jog for 2 minutes i wheeze. can i take another puf?

No: Becotide is an inhaled steroid and is not intended for relief of symptoms. You should have an albuterol inhaler (salbutamol in britain) for relief. Your twice a day inhaler should be changed to keep you from having symptoms.
