Rash: It is impossible to tell what the rash is without more information. A picture would be great!

Leg rash: Rashes are often difficult to diagnose without being seen. Since u have not described the rash, best that u see fp or dermatologist to examine rash & prescribe course of treatment. Give doc details like when it appeared, if it has changed in size or nature, if it burns/itches, if area came in contact with chemicals/plants (like poison ivy), if it's scaly, etc.
