My boyfriend & i use no protection besides me being on pills, i skip sugar pills so no period. had sex, later on blood when wiped, am i pregnant ?

Take a test : Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time) is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working. Pregnancy seems unlikely since you used a condom and birth control pills. You can always take a test to be sure.
