Maybe pregnancy?: One of the more common reasons for a young woman to experience a change in her breasts and even discomfort is to become pregnant, so consider checking that possibility out. However, other things can do so as well. Anytime your breast starts to change size or hurt you should be checked for possible serious causes such as infections or even cancer. That is unlikely, but not impossible in your 20s.

See details.: Breasts often swell around the time of menstruation and may be painful also. Caffeine often causes breast tenderness. How many hours do you typically sleep at night? It could be that you're not getting enough restorative sleep at night. I'd suggest 6-8 hours of sleep nightly. One other suggestion is to get check for anemia.

Could be many things: Hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle and fibrocystic breast changes (lumpy, tender breasts) are common causes of breast pain. Pregnancy is another common cause, along with hormone replacement, large breasts, cysts, infection & inflammation. And sometimes what may seem to originate from the breast may actually be pain from somewhere else. If you suffer from breast pain, see your doctor.

Hormones: Breast pain on both sides, which may feel like burning, is usually due to high hormone levels. This often happens before periods and may be exacerbated during perimenopause, pregnancy, or due to increased caffeine, birth control pills, or other hormone treatments. Breast cancer rarely causes breast pain, but if pain persists more than 2 weeks, you should see your doctor.

Uncertain: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes.
