Yes: You can definitely have an intolerance or allergy to 1 or more of the ingredients. As a general rule, we don't actually require vitamin and /or mineral supplements if we simply have a reasonable diet. And the vitamins in food are in their most readily absorbable form, just like the good lord intended. Any specific deficiencies that may be present should be managed by your physician.
