How do i know i'm ovulating with clomid (clomiphene)?

Same as without: Signs of ovulation on Clomid (clomiphene) are the same as without clomid: growing follicle(s) on ultrasound, change in basal body temperature, lh surge in urine, Progesterone elevation in blood. The main issue with ovulating on Clomid (clomiphene) is the possibility that you will ovulate more than one egg and could end up with twins (or more!) make sure your doctor is supervising your Clomid (clomiphene) use.
