Add CBT: Anxiety related behaviors improve with cognitive-behavioral therapy and complement medication approaches. Analyzing triggers (antecedents) to pulling hair and thoughts before and durring pulling will be very informative in selecting competing alternative behaviors. Look for a licensed psychologist or master's level therapist who specialized in behavioral and cognitive-behavioral therapy- it helps!
