Non-dairy: There should be at least a 1/2 hr gap between your MVI (multivitamin) w/iron and dairy, as the calcium can interfere with iron absorption. Otherwise, any food ok, and should have something in stomach w/pill to reduce upset.

No limits, really: All foods can be taken with multivitamins. But unless you have a proven iron or specific vitamin deficiency, you will get the same benefits from eating a balanced food diet and skipping the multivitamin with iron.
