10mm and 9mm kidney stones are normal size stones?

No such thing: Kidney stones are never normal. Thus, there is no normal stone size. Your stones are large and place you at significant risk particularly if you have them in both kidneys. Get an evaluation regarding prevention of future stones and get the current stones treated.

Normal?: What is normal size stone? Normal is not to have kidney stone. 9-10 mm stone is called large since we do not expect that stones in this range can pass spontaneously and needs interventions such as lithotripsy. Please talk to a urologist.
