Exhausted : You got it right, sounds like you're exhausted because.... You are exhausted. Parenting is super duper tough, especially when littlle ones are mobile & often hostile. Ask for and accept the help you need to get some respite! if you also feel you have lost the ability to enjoy things you loved doing, had changes in sleep & eating, & feel hopeless -talk with your doctor about depression screening.

Exhausted is why: As you said, you are exhausted with 2 kids.. The most likely reason that you have low sexual desire or low libido. First, find time to rejuvenate yourself and take time for your relationship. See if that helps to start.
