Nothing: Should resolve on its own shortly. It is often due to the hormone shifts at/near birth. If he is 4 wks, then you can also ask pediatrician at well-baby visit.

Do nothing: Newborn acne is self-limited and will go away on its own. It is caused by hormonal stimulation during gestation.
