Probably ok: If you aren't sure whoever did the extraction would gladly take a look at it to be sure. Usually without any charges.

Probably yes: Sounds like the healing is proceeding normally. If you have any questions, return to your surgeon for a post surgical visit.

Healing normally: The center of the sockets, where the teeth were removed, are the most nutrient-rich areas in the body which produce healing. Post operative instructions usually indicate the need to leave these areas 'undisturbed' to allow the quickest healing respnse. Treat the red spots as if they were tiny scabs. A disruption of the healing can only result in the potential for pain- via dry socket infection.

Probably fine: Healing time depends on how invasive the surgery was and how compliant the patient is with their post op instructions. If your tissues are returning to normal color and the gums are "healing over" without any prolonged pain or swelling, you are probably fine. The 2 red dots i assume are in the middle of the socket which may soon turn white then to pink gingiva as i heals. Visit your dr if unsure.

It's fine: With the absence of pain and swelling at this point in time, forget about what it looks like and be happy that your extraction sites are healing well. What you see is perfectly normal.
