Obsessive Thoughts: This can be a sign of obsessive-compulsive disorder, or ocd. Recurrent thoughts, or phrases that you cannot seem to stop can be scary, frustrating, and overpowering but can be helped. Certain types of therapy and/ or medication are of great benefit. Some people with these types of thoughts also have compulsions too. Compulsions are like habits that you feel you must do, no matter what. Seek help.
