Yes: Chlamydia is a virus and as such it is contagious. It usually resides in a woman's vagina close to the cervix. So if she definately has it than you should only have oral sex with protection which doesn't sound like fun but better safe than sorry. They make clear sheets of rubber to use as a barrier. Also, always practice safe sex as well.

Contact: Chlamydia is a intracellular parasite. It is transmitted through sexual contact with an infected person. Chlamydia can be passed during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. An infected mother can pass chlamydia to the baby during vaginal delivery. So, technically speaking- the answer to your question is yes-if you do sexual contact with the infected person.
