Is it ok to take sudafed and sudafed pe together? staggering the doses wouldn't feel as awful in the last bit of time before another 12-hour pill.

NO: I would not mix these two forms of the same medicine since you cannot rely on the extended form being absorbed correctly and OVERDOSE of Sudafed is VERY dangerous (heart...blood pressure)
