I think i have a sinus infection (pain and stuffiness on one side of face) but don't want to take antibiotics. any ideas?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Non-antibiotic rx: Most acute sinus infections will resolve without antibiotics. You can hasten recovery by using nasal saline irrigations and possibly in conjunction with some topical decongestant spray for a couple of days. The decongestant will open the sinuses so that the mucous can drain more easily.
