Periods can change: Changes in menses can occur from gaining weight, losing weight, physical stress, emotional stress, illness, thyroid conditions, contraceptives, marked physical exercise (athletes/gymnasts /ballerinas) etc. Gyn can examine u and provide reassurance or diagnosis if something is wrong.
