Yikes!: This is serious. Sometimes putting the patient in a drug-induced coma can help until the inflammation from the meningoencephalitis resolves. Is the cause of the disease known. I hope the patient gets better.

Doubt meds will work: After 3 or 4 drugs, the chance of success is below 4-5% at best, and unless you have some metabolic imbalance, you should consider a more aggressive approach such as a vagal nerve stimulator or even a surgical procedure. Get evaluation at a local medical school and see what might be available for you.

General anesthesia: When all else fails, general anesthesia will usually stop the seizure as long as it is given. Hopefully, when the anesthesia was stopped the seziures will remain under control.
