Get it checked: In order to treat a lesion, you must first know what it is. It could be a corn, a wart or some form of dermatitis or other skin anomaly. See a podiatrist who can diagnose it properly and recommend the correct course of treatment. I do not recommend self-treatment with otc products. Many contain salicylic acid and can cause painful chemical burns.

See a podiatrist: It could also be a pyogenic granuloma. Whatever it is, get it properly diagnosed and treated.
